If you came here via the Institute of Advanced Motorists web site, then you are no doubt aware of what the local groups are all about. If not, then please visit the IAM web site and then come back here to find out more about 'where & when', 'how it works' and 'how much?'.
We are one of over 200 local groups around the United Kingdom, affiliated to the Institute of Advanced Motorists. Currently our membership stands at approximately 190 members, including associates. We offer ‘observed’ runs to car drivers, around the Plymouth, West Devon and East Cornwall area. However if you live further west, there is the Cornwall Advanced Motorists Group. Please see the 'links' page for other local groups in Devon.
